Purpose
This award is for a Grade 12 student who will be applying to university or college for studies in Education. This award will enable the student to begin their journey in learning and working in Education.
The award will be a one-time amount of $500. This award is being donated by Graham Haley.
Criteria
· Must be a student attending a high school in the Greater Toronto Area
· Must be graduating high school in June 2024 and have applied to an accredited Canadian post-secondary institution for September 2024 or January 2025 on a full-time basis
· Must have a background of the African-Caribbean diaspora
· Must be applying to a program involved in Education (i.e. teaching, social work, child and youth worker, educational assistant)
Purpose
This award recognizes a Grade 12 student or a first-year post-secondary student that has contributed to the well-being and improvement of their communities. It is essential to be a youth advocate for issues, challenges and projects in our communities and this award celebrates putting our community at the forefront. The award will be a one-time amount of $500.
Criteria
· Must be a student attending a high school or post-secondary institution in the Greater Toronto Area
· Must be graduating high school in June 2024 and have applied to an accredited Canadian post-secondary institution to begin in September 2024 or January 2025 OR must have completed their second year of post-secondary by June 2024
· Must a background of the African-Caribbean diaspora
· Must have demonstrated significant commitments and contributions within their community

· Must be graduating high school in June 2024 and have applied to an accredited Canadian post-secondary institution to begin in September 2024 or January 2025 OR must have completed their second year of post-secondary by June 2024

This award is in memory of the late Seon Munro who was hard working, dedicated and loyal to his job for several years. He is missed by his family and would be honoured to know that he is supporting the future of someone's dream.

Purpose
This award is for a Grade 12 student who will be applying to university or college for studies in Health Care. This award will enable the student to begin their journey in learning nursing. The award will be a one-time amount of $250.
This award is in memory of the late Kathleen J Munro who was a dedicated nurse for several years. She is missed by her family and would be honoured to know that she is still helping the future of nursing with this contribution.

Purpose
This award recognizes a Grade 12 student who will be applying to a University or College for studies in Architecture or Construction Management. This will be a one-time amount of $500. This award is a tribute to the memory of the late Walford Edmead, who was passionate about Architecture and Construction as well as education in general. As a Cost Estimator, he worked on many large construction projects in the Toronto area including the Rogers Centre and College Park, and designed many homes in his native St. Kitts & Nevis. He would be honoured to be supporting a young person’s journey into the industry that he loved.
Criteria
· -Must be a student currently attending a high school in the Greater Toronto Area
-Must be graduating from High School in June 2024 and have applied to an accredited post-secondary institution for September 2024 or January 2025 on a full-time basis
-Must have a background in the African Caribbean Diaspora
-Must be applying to an Architecture program or a Construction Management program
Purpose
This award is for a Grade 12, university or college student who is also an entrepreneur. Successful candidate will receive a spot in Stairway to Leadership Diamond Effect coaching for 2 years of group business coaching valued at $5,000. The goals is to help the participant build a solid business (with proper structure, systems and strategy) and develop CEO business skills that they can generate a min. of $50,000 gross income annually and be able to repeat it no matter the economy + be ready to scale to 6 figures and beyond.
The Package Inclues:
Weekly Business Coaching in a small group setting and access to Business Skill Learning Portal.
